Rava Kesari Recipe | 5 Mins Quick Kesari


White Rava - 1 Cup

White Sugar - 1-1/2 Cup

Ghee - 4 tsp

Almonds - 8 Pieces

Cashew - 10 Pieces

Raisin - 8 Pieces

Kesari Color - 1 little

pineapple essence - 1 tsp

Water - 2- 1/2 Cup


  1. Heat the pan and put 3 tsp of Ghee , Roast the cashew and almonds till its golden color.

  2. Add Raisin into the pan and make the raisin to shine.

  3. Add the 1 Cup White Rava into the ghee and mix it well. Keep the flam on low to avoid to over heating and cook it for 2 mins.

  4. Add 2/4 Cup of water and mix it well.

  5. Add the very little amount of Kesari color into the food, Now keep the flam on high and allow a it cook

  6. Add the Pineapple essence 1 tsp and allow it cook well for 2 mins

  7. Add the 1 1/2 cup of sugar into pan and mix it well and allow it cook for 2 more mins.

  8. add more Ghee to enhance the taste and dry fruits to look more rich. Enjoy the quick Rava Kesari , Happy cooking!
